The biggest inspiration behind this project is obviously The Nature Boy Ric Flair. Everything he does in or out of the ring he makes look completely effortless. His style is a mix of all of his influences wrapped into one well oiled machine. I try to incorporate that into my music every day. I try to pay blend my sample heavy Midwest style while still adding the new age bounce and vibe that the new cats are coming with all while still staying in the boom-bap pocket. Hopefully coming off with a style and sound as one of a kind as The Nature Boy himself.
